here comes the summer. good luck k-series

greetings K-series owners, looks like the summer may be on its way, in light of this i am offering cheap head gasket replacements for all you lucky people. dissregard this if you are planning to lock your k-series away for the summer and use an engine better suited to lovely summer days. cash jobs only and no guarantees, (you'll need it done again next summer too) happy motoring.

Sounds good and I agree about cash only - after all, you wouldn't be wanting cheques for £1.95 would you!?

I must have replaced over 300 head gaskets on k-series engines over the years, on average i do about 2 or 3 a month, personally, wouldn't touch em with yours....but hey, they've paid for my lavish lifestyle over the last 15 years. people just don't learn do they. BTW i might accept pay-pal.

Me personally, I've never had to replace a head gasket on a K-series. But I do make sure the cooling system is working perfectly on all my cars (including replacing radiator if suspect and regular coolant flushes and changes) due to towing caravans up steep hills in the middle of summer.

Can't understand why they'd need to be done every year - they last longer than that from the factory and so should any replacements providing they're done properley...

They don't need to be done every year, it was sarcasm, but pushing the point that its a clear weak point and needs to be made fun of now and then.

Just create a coolant leak - that should do it fine, assuming it's a K-series...
