In my ongoing quest to find out why my 87 saab keeps blowing the ECU i came upon a question that may lead me someowhere. Is the automatic climate control supposed to come on any time you turn on the car? It turns the fans blowing and is automatically set at 70. I can't seem to find how to turn it off and am wondering if maybe there is a short or something and maybe its a place I may want to check though I don't know how that would cause it to blow an ECU.
