It's a Fluke 29, but I think most any Fluke will have a 10A measuring range, it's actually good for 15A for several seconds. They're the best meters money can buy, nearly indestructible.

Thanks, I'll take a look. I'm using an ancient (20 years old?) Fluke, so maybe it's time to upgrade. Never had an excuse, since it keeps working.

They're about $200 new, but look on ebay, I know people who have picked them up for under $40. Fluke still supports their stuff, they do reasonably priced calibration and repair.
