? about my 2000 9-5

Hi, I bought my coveted 5 sp. Saab last Nov. I love it, drives like a dream. Since I plan on keeping for the long haul I purchased an extended warrenty for 5 more years or 100K miles. It currently has 36K on it. I took it back to dealer for some minor things, screw missing in back seat arm rest, battery in keyless. I noticed the car making a squeaky or a rubbing noise at one spot on the main road at the bottom of a hill where the road dips. I'd have to be traveling at least 55mph - 60 mph (normal speed limit) to hear this. When I took it to dealer they fixed all the minor stuff and looked for the cause of the rubbing sound. They said the spacers that were on the springs for delivery when car was shipped from over seas were never taken off as they should have been at the original delivery. They removed them. I just noticed now when going over the speed bump at my childs school, (1st gear of course) that the car made that same noise only 3 times. Like the springs are bad or something to that effect. I never noticed this on the speed bumps before they removed spacer. I hope I am describing this in a way someone will know what I am talking about. I'd like to be able to be precise when I speak to the dealer again. Hope someone can shed some light. Thanks a bunch. Linda
