Hey everyone,
I'm shopping for a used car and have become pretty interested in the Saab 9-3. My budget is low so I've been looking at the older models. I've seen a few 1999 9-3 (base and SE) five doors advertized locally with about 120,000KM (75,000mi) for $6000-$7000 Canadian dollars.
The reviews that I've found for this car are generally poisitve ... they make it sound like a great fit for me and my wife. However, I haven't been able to find information about the maintenance costs (or even the maintenance schedule) for these cars.
What are the chances that I'd often be putting money into repairs with these cars, the age and mileage? Are these known for being reliable cars are this age?
