Has anyone heard about this? It effects 31,335 2003-2004 Saab 9-3 Sport Sedans. The NHTSA Recall number is 04V-226. This is to replace the Automatic Tensioning System (ATS) cable in the seat belts. I just called SAAB, they are denying it exists.
Any one heard of this yet. It was issued by GM on May 10, 2004 and the NHTSA on May 12, 2004
