You may want to try to disconnect the neg on your battery. This is the way it is done on some cars. That should recylce the service message. Or there could be a button under the dash or near the speedomter. On my volvo there were two buttons and they had to be pushed together for the light to go off.

What is all this commotion about Service Massages?

Does your place do these too?

Check it out.

Try holding in the clear button until it bongs - should be a few seconds. Trouble is, you'll then be out-of-sync with the real services.

To change the interval, you'll need a Saab dealer or specialist to plug in their gadget. If they do it around the time of the real service, they should be able to re-sync it too.

Cheers,

Colin.

It's a long few seconds. The first beep is just the standard "clear the MPG" stuff. Hold it over 10 seconds and the service message should clear.
