So ... who's that then? Well, it's those of us who live in West Yorkshire (a county in the UK, for those not in the know) who have managed to form a loose collective and this being the start of the new year, we thought it would be a good idea to try to meet up socially, more regularly.

We propose the evening of the last Tuesday of the month to meet up at a pub with a reasonable sized car park, have a drink and a chat ... and maybe a curry.

The first of these is going to take place in the evening of Tuesday

29th January ... say, 19:30 onwards ... at The Old Tramshed (known locally as "The Tramshed") on Saltaire roundabout. They serve good food if you want to eat out, or just drinks if you don't want to eat - we hope the evening will be informal and a chance for SAABers from West Yorkshire to get together. See:

Follow signs to Saltaire (or Shipley if you're a little further afield) ... in fact, Salts Mill is well signed with the brown tourist signs from the M62 and on many roads leading into Bradford. Zoom in and out of the map or click on the blue marker and choose 'To Here' and type in your postcode.

Hope to see you there.

But thanks for the open invitation - I will bring the diesel to one sometime soon!

There'll be another one ... last Tuesday of next month (unless all the attendees say that Tuesdays are bad). I think once you get into the week, people are tired or booked up with other things ... Monday nights are not good, IMO.

Hope to see you next month.

Paul, count me in mate. The missus is on an early so I'll be good for it.
