tie rod question

Am in the middle of doing the tie rods & lower control arms of a 93 wagon. I got one of the tie rods off and the jam nut stayed in position, i.e., it's apparently frozen/corroded in place on the rod. Am wondering if Saturn put these together with a jam nut that has some sort of insert in the threads or possibly used loc-tite? I put PB Blaster on it and could not break it free. Never seen a nut so hard to crack that should easily thread in either direction, especially since the tie rod end was removed. Left it for the night hoping PB Blaster will do some overnight magic and free that bugger. I'll give it a rap on a flat with a hammer to hopefully free it. Any other ideas will be appreciated. I do have a propane torch but prefer not using it if at all possible.

Thanks to whoever gave me the tip & info on PB Blaster. Amazing stuff. It's worked everywhere else other than this one nut and I know that this stuff is way better than any other penetrant I've ever used. Thanks again!
