In my latest Stude project, I'm using a '56 Hawk dash and gauges (12V). I've not been able to find a definitive wiring diagram regarding which terminal(s) on the electric gauges are for what. Are any of you familiar with which terminals are used for (1 switched ignition + (2 sender (3 ground? On some diagrams I've seen, it appears that the positive terminal is always to the left, when looking at the gauge, from the rear.
Additionally, are any of you aware of a source for a volt meter (not ammeter), which is the same style as the Hawk gauges, and is "side illuminated", as opposed to "rear illuminated".
And, last question. Does anyone know the Stewart Warner sender PN, or the Studebaker Pn,for the 0-240 F temperature gauge, for the Hawk gauges?
Thanks in advance for any assistance offered.
