Replacing rear spring bushings on a K car

I need to replace the bushings on the rear springs and after minimal beating on them I realized these guys are pressed/rusted in pretty good. Can they be knocked out by hand or is a press required? Is this best left to a spring company? What about the two attached to the frame where the shackle mounts?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Larry,

can you push the center part of the bushing out? I've always done that if I could (with a little help from a torch) and then cut through the outer shell with a hacksaw. then draw the outer shell out with a socket, really long bolt, stack of washers, etc.

BTW, as someone who grew up in the late 70's/early 80's I was confused when I saw "K-cer" I was thinking of something completely different :)
