Might actually be worth what he's asking, IIRC the L-29 was the immediate predecessor to the 812 "coffin nose" and was probably mechanically similar, HOWEVER you gotta love the detailed description and loads of pics...

Car's probably got bills against it so the owner can't get to it to take pics. Even if you paid the $115K, I wonder how much you'd have to pay "ONE OF THE TOP RESTORERS IN WORLD," to get it out of hawk.

I'd be really leery of a sale like this.
