How long can you have the audio system going on accessories before the battery will go flat enough to not start the vehicle ?

Probably about 6-10 hours if the battery is in good shape.
Don't make the mistake of turning the switch to the ON position to open/close the power windows and leave it there. The Daylight Running Lamps feature will kill it in about an hour. Ben dere, dun dat.

Until about 2 seconds before you're ready to go somewhere.
