A/C compressor buzz

03 WRX, 51,000 miles. Anyone have an issue with the a/c compressor buzzing ? Doesnt matter if i have the a/c engaged or not.. Is it about to seize up ?

Sound like a supercharger whine?

Try running it with AC belt removed.
