Falken tires?

Anyone have experience with Falken 512 tires as sold by Sears Auto?? I need some daily drivers for my Forester and living in Fl requires me to need tires that are good in rain. Thank you. Ed Hayes

I've had my 512s for about 3000 miles now and they worked well in my one snow experience thus far. In the rain they work lots better than the crappy Potenzas the car came with. I don't think you'll be dissatisfied.

Consumer Reports sure liked them.

They have a UTQG traction rating (wet braking, no standing water) of A which is good, but some tires now carry the newer and better AA rating. The BF Goodrich Traction TA does anyway. There must be others too, but I don't know of any.

Anyway I'm planning to buy a set of Traction TAs for my Sube in the next few weeks.
