Looking for FSM: 2001 Subaru Impreza (on CD or in PDF files)

I'm looking for the Factory Service Manual on CD (PDF) for the 2001 Subaru Impreza (I have the 2.5 RS Sedan). Been looking online but have not found it. Any leads? And is anyone selling this particular FSM on CD-ROM?
