Vehicle Inspection in New Jersey

It's that time again for the car inspection.

I see by the NJ MVC website[1] that part of the inspection process is to connect to the car's ECU. Is this true?

Do they still disregard the dynamometer test because it's an AWD vehicle?

Any other things that would be helpful?
