With this kind of information it is impossible to help you Dena. First, does the starter turn? If not you may have a bad starter, bad connection, bad ignition switch, sized engine, or bad battery. Is your battery fully charged? Second, if it does, you need to check the ignition system, make sure it is getting good and true sparks, in a good time. Third, providing the ignition system is OK, does the fuel pump run? Get a fuel pressure test done. Make sure you have fuel in the tank. Fourth, if the pump is OK, make sure your injectors are functioning correctly. Fifth, if your starter is turning, you are getting sparks, and there is fuel getting sprayed into the cylinders, make sure the engine is not flooded with fuel. Six, if the engine is not flooded with fuel and steps 1-5 test OK, make sure you have enough cylinder compression to start the car. Get a compression test done. The compression test should also let you know if you have a plugged exhaust or catalytic converter. Seven, if after all this steps your car is still not running, check the oil pressure switch and make sure it is working correctly. Check the oil level. Some cars will not start if there isn't enough oil pressure for lubrication. Eight, if you have a manual transmission your clutch kill switch may be malfunctioning and letting the car start; if you have an automatic, try switching from Park to Neutran and starting the car. Nine, make sure your timing belt/chain is OK, if you get a repetitive, uneven pattern outta the cranking process this maybe your problem. Ten, some sensors may be malfunctioning (although I doubt this to be the cause fo ryour car not starting); get a scan tool and look at the inputs from all of the sensors. Eleven, if your mechanics have done all this and replace EVERY part involved, why then! your car must surely start! Fire them and go to someone else who knows what the hell he's doing. Here are some links that may help you,

If you really want this nice (and not so nice) people in this group to help you, post a detail explanation of how the car stalled, and what has been done to the car so far. I hope you get your POS working.
