Alignment Question: Front vs. Rear Camber

Hypothetical Situation:

Assuming SAI, Caster, front & rear toe are all within spec, a car comes off the rack with the following camber(within spec, but unequal left to right):

Front Left Camber = -0.8deg Front Right Camber = -1.2deg Rear Left Camber = -1.3deg Rear Right Camber = -0.9deg

With the knowledge that vehicles pull toward most positive(least negative camber), one observes that the front end of this car will pull to the left, and the rear end will pull right.

The combined effect is that the car will be forced into a very large left hand arc, and the driver will have to apply 1 or 2'oclock steering wheel to keep the car going straight.

Correct?

I have seen this set up(not the exact same figures, for sure) out of many alignment racks, and wonder why this would be done.
