Driver side brake no problem and cold weather no problem. also I already change 3 calipers still have the same problem. The weather going to warm, I'm anxious to fix this problem. Mike,

I had the same problem with my 929. I bought rebulit calipers from rockauto.com, with new pads included, for a very reasonable price. Problem taken care of. The piston in the caliper get scored and worn after use. Rebuilding / buying rebuilt is the best cure.

Cheers

I had this happen a few times and came to the conclusion that the brake fluid had eventually absorbed enough atmospheric water that when I really stepped on the brake hard, it turned into steam and held the caliper closed. Eventually it would cool down and recondense. Flushing the brake fluid solved my issue.
