Evaporator fin tempature sensor, Low pressure cycling switch plug

Where is the "Evaporator fin tempature sensor" and the "Low pressure cycling switch plug" for a 1995 Dodge Neon (Highline) for Air Conditioning? When I attach a jumper wire to the "Low pressure cycling switch plug" to keep the switch "on", am I jumping male ends or female ends to keep the switch on.

The evap temp sensor is a bulb attached to the expansion valve. The low press switch should be close to the firewall on the low side hose/pipe (the larger hose/pipe). The two pins to short out in the connector are female.
