i have 1990 towncar [signzture series]. the car was running fine then it started to stall every once in awhile [ when i came to a stop at a light/stop sign] the car would immedately start up again. so i went and had a oil change with flush [get out any sludge], had the injectors cleaned [ with process used at delta sonic(thur vacuum line from brake booster)] also changed the fuel filter. problem still presisted and has gotten worse [ i constantly stall when coming to a stop and even slowing to a stop] now the car won't start right away; i have to wait 5-10 minutes [then it will start] i swapped out the distributer module , swapped out the idle control valve and motor. the problem still persist. don't think anything is wrong with wiring harness. play with it when car was running no change. any help with this problem would be greatly appreicated. thanks

If you are intent on persisting with the random shotgun parts-changing approach, your next target should be the EGR valve and its modulator and transducer. After that? Well, gee, how 'bout the vehicle speed sensor, clean the throttle body, and...ummm...service the crankcase ventillation system in its entirety, including the breather filter that's a damned nuisance to get to, so it gets ignored until it's clogged up.

Or, y'know, you could get it in for proper diagnosis. It's equipped with onboard diagnostics that will likely give at least a hint as to where the problem lies.
