A little more information is needed here.

Does the Check engine light come on with the ignition in the ON position and go out when the engine is started?

Are any trouble codes stored?

What is the fuel pressure?

What do the spark plugs look like? If one or more look normal and several others look rich (dry, fluffy deposits or fuel soaked plugs), then the good plugs MAY indicate plugged injectors in those cylinders with the ECM trying to compensate by richening the mixture to the other cylinders.

A cylinder balance test or an RPM drop test of the injectors could be used to identify weak cylinders.

Leaded fuel used in a catalytic converter equipped vehicle WILL foul the converter and the O2 sensors. If used long enough, the damage will be permanent.
