Rear stabilizer link ball joints seize in a year or two after new. Free them; grease them good and tie a plastic bag around them to protect them from dirt. Makes you wonder if the front ball joints are any better!
Exhaust resonator cracks- don't let the dealer sell you a new one for 0! Have the crack welded for .
Epidemic pinched (at assembly)rubber coolant pump gasket. Leaks- usually begin after warranty expires.
Muffler strap is NOT STAINLESS STEEL. All of them rust through in

2 years. (Makes you wonder if the gas tank straps are any better! 5 And of course- epidemic cylinder head casting flaws- causes head to crack- usually right after warranty expires!

GO AHEAD AND ADD TO THIS LIST!
