I have a 94 toyota corolla AE101R which has a really bad missfire its using an extreme amount of fuel and has no power it will rev if i very slowly open the throttle in neutral but if i try to drive it it just splutters and misses ive put new plugs in it changed the oxygen sensor checked resistance in the leads ive also bridged out the TE1 and E1 pins in the diagnostic box but the engine light just flashed constantly so i disconnected the battery and then rechecked for code but light is still flashing constantly

Some additional information would help, as would punctuation in your posts

What is the odometer reading?

When is the last time any maintenance work was performed on the engine?

When you say "misfire" do you mean that the car is bucking or do you know that one or more spark plugs are actually misfiring from oscilloscope readings?

What kind of spark plugs did you install?

How old are the high tension wires, distributor cap, and rotor and what kind are they?

Check the air filter.

Check for vacuum leaks.

Check for holes, cracks, or gaps in the black plastic intake tube between the air filter housing and throttle body.

What kind of O2 sensor did you install and why did you replace the O2 sensor that was in the car?

Have you checked base ignition timing?

Check EGR valve operation.

The check engine light flashing evenly and constantly indicates that no trouble codes are stored in the ECU.

When mine did this, it was a dirty/cracked fuel injector. Took about

3 mechanics, 2 dealers, 40 headaches, and another dealer later to figure it out apparently. At one point, they all said scrap the car... yeah, whatever. Anyway, fixed that injector and it's been great!
