96 Toyota Rav4 heater Fan quit

My daughter's heater quit, I checked the fuzes in the fuse compartment and suspect it maybe a resistor block as noted in another post when it failed only on some speed. Her's quit entirely. Any insights are greatly appreciated. What could be failing are where the conponent is located.

Thanks for your help Forrest

Autozone's free online repair guide doesn't include the RAV4, so I use the Camry one for example:

Resistor pack usually fail in one of the positions first. If you can get to the connect of the blower motor, then you can measure if you are getting any voltage at the motor. If you are and the motor isn't turning, then you found the cause. You can also jumper power directly to the motor and see if it turns. Be careful of the torque when it starts up.
