Yes, it is. And it's sold as Snake Oil, "Magical Elixir with Wonder Restorative Powers..." which in my world sets off red flags all over. And BG Industries is big into touting "Power Flushing Services" as a buzzword, which send up even bigger red flags.
These type companies send out two sets of glossy sales brochures - one set for the consumer that touts the fantastic benefits of their products and services...
And one to the shops, using the same artwork and backgrounds - but these brochures are touting the incredible profit potential available from selling their products and services. Buy the fancy flushing machines, tout the fantastic processes, and you can convince the customers to skip the simple $29 brake bleeding job and turn it into a $150 'Brake System Power Flushing Service' that takes about the same length of time and cost of materials.
