New Car Dealer - Consumer Complaints

Hello All-

I am launching a complaint website focusing on the Group 1 Automotive, Inc. dealerships. You can find a list of their dealerships in the "Boycott" section of my group1sucks.com homepage.

The site is not launching for a few weeks so you won't be able to post live on the forum yet. That said, I would love to include your experiences with Group 1 dealerships on the site before the official press release. If you have had a bad experience, as a customer or an employee, with one of their dealerships, please email it my way for consideration.

Go away.

Every dealership can have someone who has had a bad experience, and therefore, that person doesn't like the dealership.

If everybody this happened to did a 'BLOG' the internet would be nothing but complaint sites against dealerships. You may even find one or two other people that have had a similar experience and may contribute to your site. The rest of their customers won't.

And we sure don't care!

Sorry for the blast, but we get about 4-5 people a year saying the same thing.

And you're *never* going to find a dealer everyone likes. I worked for a Toy dealer; I thought the guy was great. Of course, there wre a few people in the area that would never buy a car from him, but we won the local Alternative paper's Best Of award for 10 years!

Then it got sold to a guy buying up as many foreign dealerships as he can.

I quit a couple months later.

I can't wait for the poll to come out this year.

Well, good luck. But, I think you should just pack it up and find another dealer!
