Neither does he.
Neither does he.
A girl after my own heart.
There is a Holiday Inn about half way between my house and the 'cheers type breakfast place' a bud and I have brekky at.
I just stop by and refill my water bottle at their drinking fountain...LOL
Anybody who buys bottled water is a fool. Nestlé has a bottling plant near Allentown Pa that bottles Allentown City water, that is obtained from the Lehigh River. They pay $1.85 per thousand gallons, for the water that is bottled under about dozen brand names. From the low cost stuff, sold at Wal-Mart, to high end brands. The only difference is the bottle and the retail price LOL

Purified sewage drinking water anyone?
All water is purified sewage, even rain water (by distillation).
Jeff
Even to refill a car battery?
Surely a sign of the end times--a post of yours that makes sense.
Bottled drinking water is NOT distilled. It would taste too flat.

InCREDible--Scott and Cathy agreeing on something. Most LIEbrawls, though, DO consume the bulk of bottled water--especially the more pretentious brands.
Precisely, why should ANY govt. be supplying bottled water to its employees as long as the municipal supply is okay?
The troops in Iraq drink bottled water.
Certainly, in areas where the municipal water is unsafe, it makes sense to drink bottled water. However, in most of Canada and the U.S., municipal water IS safe.
This is true.
How do you carry water with you when going on an all day hike? Have you seen the latest for bikers? It is a water backpack that has a flexable hose to your mouth, I'm not sure if it's water they carry however :)
Of course the control came from San Francisco! Remember what Senator Feinstein (sp) from San Francisco said on television during the first term of the Clinton Administration? "We believe that the Federal Government should control every aspect of life in America"
If that is not Socialist, then what is?
I hear that 4 slice toasters are the next big thing.
Socialism is an economic concept. Your example describes something that would definitely be a major annoyance, but it's got nothing to do with socialism. If you find the right word to describe Feinstein's idea, you can skip tomorrow's quiz.
Exactly, but I guess Roto-Rooter drinking water would not sell if they start selling them in walmart. hahaha
I use one of those when road biking. It's called a Camelbak. They come in various sizes, and yes, I carry water in it. :)
A typical ride for me is 25-35 miles, non-stop. You NEED to hydrate during something that long.
Nothing can wear you down faster than lack of water. That's the name I was trying to remember.
I used to bike a lot, still have all of them hanging in the garage including a couple of 60cm Cannondales Aluminum framed, light as a feather, but dated. My favorite is a Miyata 58 cm (the Cannons are a little tall for me), with the triple chain ring and 4 on the floor. It also is getting a bit dated, but still is a good rider and I get excellent gas mileage. Then I have my Trek Mt. bike, triple with speed shifters, nice. Have not ridden in several years and way behind on the latest technology, LOL.
I jog and walk a lot now, fact I just returned from my two hour workout.
And when you start to feel that, you're already overdue for water. The best way to avoid that is simply hydrate on a regular basis. The Camelbaks make it easier to do so than the older water bottle, hands-free and all.
I hit the gym five times per week, and cycle a hundred miles or more. My road bike is a Trek Pilot 5.2. When I need a MTB, I borrow one of my son's Specialized. He's got four bikes to choose from, but he won't let me touch is best one. ;)
