There are a few people here who use GoogleGroups to post messages. You may know by now there is a concerted effort by many Usenet users to filter out all Google users due to the flood of spam inundating newsgroups lately. The vast majority of those spam messages are posted from GoogleGroups users.
It is rather easy to create filters to keep from downloading or displaying these spam messages if you have a newsreader that can filter on Message ID. Unfortunately the baby is being thrown out with the bath water since legitimate G2 users are being filtered out also.
Basically I am just putting this out there for you G2 users to know your messages aren't being seen by some because of what you choose to post with rather than what you are posting about.
