It showed up in my 'parts bin' last Friday. No ticket number, no Cust Ref number, nothing. I finally got a chance to call Gateway...
This item is in limbo. No one knows where it goes, who it belongs to, what customer gets it, what service ticket, nothing. It's like they shipped it to my parts bin on a whim.
Perhaps it's a "Welcome Aboard" present or something. Alas. It goes back to Gateway unused on Monday...
Considering what they pay me, I'd rather keep the job than the monitor...
