Pls help - Alarm issue with 2000 Corolla

My girlfriend bought a used 2000 Corolla about 4 years ago. Until yesterday she did not know or think that her car even had an alarm system. Then, after taking it in for service, she found out there IS an alarm system as it was going off when she picked it up. She never received a key fob to turn it on or off and did not get (or lost) the manual for the car.

The dealership was no help, other than saying that it would take about 3 hours to de-activate the alarm she does not want to use. Somehow she or they got it to shut off and she made it home but now, unfortunately, the alarm keeps going off and we don't know how to stop it. At the moment the car battery is disconnected again to stop it. Toyota told her yesterday that if she turned the key in the door to the right three times that would deactivate the alarm but it does not seem to do that, or at least not permanently as we heard it beep a few seconds later and it went off shortly after that.

Can anyone tell us how to shut the alarm off without a key fob or what fuse(s) to pull to turn this thing off? At least so we can use the car until she gets a key fob sent to her, or to start the car so we can get it to a dealership (probably another one) to get it deactivated or something?

Thanks for any advice or tips you can provide. She is quite distraught over this problem she did not have before she went to a dealer for "service".
