Sounds like you doubt their analysis of the Toyota problems. Is that what you're trying to say?

Got caliphate yet?
"We are up against a vicious enemy, the radical Islamists are there, they intend to try to create a caliphate in this world and fundamentally alter the nature of nation states, and we?re reluctant to engage in the competition of ideas and point out what they really are and how vicious they are. This current administration is even afraid to say the word Islamist. And we need to fight." - Donald Rumsfeld, February 8, 2011.
Google: khilafah The word means caliphate in english.
"O Treacherous Rulers! For how long will you continue to lick America's boots!"
We strongly condemn Israeli Ex-Prime Minister, Binyamin Netanyahu?s statement calling the International community to stop Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons and not let Pakistan, which is already an nuclear power, to become an Islamic Sate. We want to make this clear to this Jew that he can make as much hue and cry as he can and incite as many kufr powers, including America, against the Muslims as he wishes but the establishment of the Khilafah is inevitable, it is a promise of Allah to the people who believe and do righteous deeds. Hizb ut-Tahrir wants to reiterate this fact to this son of a Jew that he should remember the history of his forefathers of Banu Quredha and Khyber and keep his mouth shut."
Few government agencies that exist today have ANY constitutional authority to do so.
The US government does some things very well. Name an accident investigation organization that's better than the NHTSA. All around the world, it's considered the best at analyzing aircraft accidents, even those that don't involve US-made planes. And when it comes to infectious disease, our CDC is at the top.
I gotta go with LarryMoe&CurlyJoe on this one.
I expected a different outcome of the investigation, but I'm not the rocket scientist that was tasked with looking at the vehicle systems and the data sets. I was convinced, at the time, that there would be an electronic explanation for the problems we were seeing. I said that the floor mat story was a crock of shit...
There are things that government can do well, and generally can do them in a trustworthy and reliable way. There are not many things that government can do well, but this is one of the things they can do.
