As BGM says, there are free services - I use teranews and they do have binaries also - so far my provider (ATT) hasn't censored access to the net BUT their NG selection was "cleaned up" (according to them) a few years ago removing sites that might have young folks depicted. That's true. But... for those who already have a news server other than their ISP's, or are about to subscribe to one... no migration necessary.
