Remove the tail light assembly? Easy question

I am trying to pull off the tail light assembly on my 93 corolla to
swap out the brake bulbs.  I pulled out the 2 screws and the one nut,
but there are 2 black fastener-looking things on the side that I cant
figure out how to pull out. The owners manual doesn’t show them, and a
repair manual doesn’t discuss them either.  I’d hate to have to bring
it to a mechanic for something so minor.  He might try and sell me
blinker fluid if I do. Thx

Are you sure you need to remove the tail light assembly to change bulbs?
Check to see if the socket is removable.
