I have a 99 chevy prism that has started to make a noise sounding like an exhause leak around the manifold in during acceleration. I cannot find any exhaust leaks, any ideas?

Exhaust leaks are sometimes easier to identify if you have someone a wadded-up rag over the tailpipe while someone else listens for the leak.
You can sometimes see where the leak is by looking for sooty deposits which sometimes form near the leaks.
Check the flex joint under the manifold, the manifold gasket, and the EGR valve and tube from the EGR valve to the throttle body.
