My 1994 Camry heater works great, but sometimes on Cool it does not cool blows warm air out instead, does anyone have any hints on what could be wrong. Sometimes it works fine, sometimes not?

If you mean air cond is not working, then freon in system maybe low, have it checked and refilled. There could also be a leak in the system, which require repair to ac.

My MR2 did that. I just had a shop vacuum it out, replace the AC receiver/dryer, and refilled the system. It worked fine after that. It was probably some moisture that was blocking the system somewhere.
