1994 Camry window regulator

1994 Camry 2 door: Driver side window regulator has come apart. Motor still works. Can they be repaired or does one have to buy another? Will a 4 door regulator work?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Could you be a bit more specific about the problem? How does the window act when you try lowering and raising it...does the motor run but nothing happen with the window? etc etc. and just what do you mean by the window "regulator"? Do you mean the way the window is attached to its supporting members?
One in my '93 went --- was small nickel piece of plastic broke --- unfortunately regulator sold as a unit -- $90 (or $300 with motor). Easy to install once the door panel was off.
Come apart - does not say much. Yes, they can be repaired, depending on what failed.
I got a used regulatro from a junk yard for $45. Sometimes the motor fails, on the driver side, due to motor brush wear. I was able to clean on up form the brush dust and it's been working 2 years now.
The inside panel was taken off to view. The motor is working fine but the grey cap where the cables come together has come off and the cables have unwound. Will the 4 door regulator work? This an American build as well.
