car quit running canaged timing belt ,fuel pump ,cap and rotor is getting spark but wont catch on starting fluid

is there something i dont know about that is keeping this car from starting, i have also changed plugs and wires but still not hittig on starting fluid

Are you getting a good spark? Besides plugs it could be cap, rotor, wires, coil, igniter, or an open or grounded wire. If you have a good spark it should at least try to start with starting fluid.
