Its unlikely they have worn in that mileage. In theory if they start dripping, the engine mixture sensor (O2) would compensate. Make sure your air-filter is clean, tyres are up to pressure, there are no plugs not plugged in eg around the air-filter box and your car is not displaying the engine icon while its running.

=========== No. Fuel injectors are typically very durable. If you're driving lots of short trips in cold weather, that will greatly reduce fuel economy overall even when everything is working as it should because extra fuel is used to keep the engine running when cold.

Run a bottle of Chevron Techron FI cleaner in next tank of gas --- and then another in few months - it does a great job cleaning them. Bad gas mileage probably due to cold and winter formulation of gas. Have you ever replaced the thermostat? If not it might not allow car to reach proper operating temperature. Have you priced a new injector? Whew! You can send them out to place like DOA Racing and have them cleaned and calibrated - but doubt that is needed.

Techrons are good stuff. Today's gas is required by law to have a minimum level of injector cleaners. But using Techron every so often or at least be on Tier-1 gas should help greatly.
