I have a '97 Camry LE. I'm not a complete idiot, yet I cannot figure out how to replace a blown blinker bulb. Any thoughts or am I going to have to break down and take it somewhere?

It is also described in the owners manual, although it is not very clear since they use symbols instead of English words.
