And all this multi-cultural crap started in the Clinton regime.

You must be a young'in. Multiculturalism started much earlier.

Was WELL under way during the Clinton years and continues to this day, regardless of Administration. Multiculturalism is an integral part of Liberalism.

Indeed. The foundational attitudes and activities were in full swing during the late sixties and early seventies. Cultural "weeks" were celebrated by the unwashed while I was in high school. Black and Hispanic weeks were scheduled, while anything European oriented was strictly prohibited during my senior year in 1969-70.

This brainwashing was NOT the fault of Bill Clinton. Just his predecessors.

Agreed and ... it will please you to know that cat calls of "RACISM" are rapidly losing their effect on silencing oppossion here in southern CA during public discourse. There is a God.

As well they should. The Dems no longer own the race or sex card. After their wretched obstructionism so evident during recent weeks/months, they no longer can claim anything of the sort.

If Republicans had threatened filibusters to prevent an up or down vote for any minority or female liberal judge, the Dems would be screaming racism/sexism. Their recent conduct pulls the rug out from under them once and for all.

I do love self-destructive behavior when its done so convincingly and thoroughly.

No doubt at all.

Let's forget about the slew of filibustering regarding Clinton's judicial choices. Don't want to get in the way of the fake indignation on the part of the Republicans.

Well around here the theys were conditioning the public with multicultural crap in the nineties during Clintoon. That's when we first heard the buzz word in the media. Most of this crap starts on the California left coast and migrates East to the heartland. The unsuspecting public is too busy with their lives and work to notice the brainwashing going on.

Dbu,

During the "administration" of this "Squatter-in-Chief", multiculturalism earned its moniker.

During previous decades, with no name to point at, the insidious nature of these activities were well concealed. I suspect that was intentional on the part of those wishing to foist this evil on our country.

BTW, I neglected to mention that during my high school's multicultural weeks, those of us in ignored or prohibited groups such as Caucasians as well as our Asian students, protested silently.

A large group of us visited Sherwin Williams paint stores to obtain white painters caps and overalls. Coupled with white t-shirts, socks, and shoes, we "spoke" loudly, and no one could claim racism due to our group being diverse so to speak.

That may be your opinion, but obviously nobody in the NG cares about your opinion.

Typical of the hypocracy demonstrated by today's right-wing fanatic. Bitching about multi-culturalism in a newsgroup devoted to an imported product.

Where is "around here?" As a Californian, let me set you straight about where things come from. The F'ing MISFITs and degenerates you east coast and Midwesterners won't tolerate flee your way of life and head out here to start their new/alternative lifestyles where their predecessors (gays, old flower children, the '60's riots at Berkeley, and loads of leftist professors) will tolerate them (notably San Francisco, Hollywood, San Diego). This is why is hard to find non Hispanics who was born and raised here. So look amongst your own for where this crap begins.

LOL, well what the hell can I say?? They migrate to warm weather?

The flower kids and hippies were living in old CA back in the sixties. Prior to the sixties California called a drug user a dope addict. During and after the sixties they were called drug abusers and even later called victims, LOL All came out of your state, California. Sorry.

Suggestion, move to Nevada. Lower taxes and cheaper land. Plus they don't put up with these left wing radicals, LOL....I know harry is from Nv. He must have had some help....from Boxer..LOL.

Very short memories. In congress, it's business as usual. Wonder when, if, they'll actually declare war and make bush an somewhat honest man.

You kick their candy asses out! And they end up here. Damn you! ;^)

The people with the ideas came from YOUR part of the country. When your misfits arrived here, they found each other and it's been downhill ever since.

Advisory. The wife and I go to Vegas a couple times a year for a weekend, meals, and some slot machine time. You really don't want to live there what with the heat, crime, absence of ocean, and throw away "culture." And I should tell you that the socialist tax n spenders have made their way into local governments in Vegas and Reno too. I don't what you're reading but it ain't the Vegas Sun. Don't get me started on the conniving Sen Boxer Bitch. The people that stand with her do so out of racism, pure and simple.

I'm not talking about vegas and reno. I'm talkin back country. Hell, I saw some nice places out in the desert. Check out Fallon. If you go East you're in the desert. if you go South you're in Iowa. Ok, then how about Wyoming? No state income tax.

Reply to
Dbu,

I'm a retired line haul driver. Been a lot of places over the course of 12 years. Keep in mind that incomes taxes are not a reason mover or, not to move to an area. Municipalities take liberties to get money from other areas of your life. For instance, CA is the only state I know of that has a property tax limit on home taxation .... all others can raise your property tax each year as they see fit. Then there's fuel taxes, property taxes, sales taxes, energy taxes, .... the list is endless of other ways to get money out of you.

There are numerous cities named "Fallon" across the country so be sure to include the state you're talking about.
