Solara moon roof vibration problem

My 3 week old Solara begins a sever vibration at the front roof line whenever the speed reaches 40mph and up with the moon roof opened and the side windows closed. This appears to be an unresolved engineering design problem without a solution. The cabin cavity apparently reaches a resonant frequency at certain speeds. Playing around with side window opening does not stop the vibrations. The dealer does not have a fix and has attempted with installation of a plastic wind deflector. This affected the vibrations - now they begin at a lower speed!

Any comments on this subject would be appreciated.

same thing happens on my 02 Avalon. Just close the moon roof about half way to get fresh air without the blubbering. I've seen loads of cars do this. It's just that the air pressure builds up without a good release point.
