Steering wheel shakes93 Camry XLE

Help! I'm a chick with no money and no knowledge with cars. Does anyone know why when I pick up speed in my baby the steering wheel starts to shake and my car does too. But when I go faster then it goes away and when I lose speed it starts to shake again. Is it spark plugs? Because when I'm in idle the RPM's aren't where they're supposed to be. Usually at around 1 but now it's around .5 Can someone please help this pathetic chick out. Sorry. Thanks if you can help. ;)

Yup...sounds like a balancing problem. Wheels/brake rotors in front if you're feeling it through the wheel. Take it to a tire shop (pref. where you bought the tires, and bat your eyes at them and tell them what you told us. At most, ~$25. Unless you have a broken bead in a tire. Then GET IT REPLACED!!! NOW!!! That is, if you wanna keep batting your eyes...

Do the balancing first.
