'90 4runner not moving after 1 week

hi, I just bought a 90 4runner, drove it for about a week and then left it sitting for about a week. When I came back to it, it had a flat rear passenger side tire. The engine statred as usual, went into gear like normal, but as I released the clutch, I didn't move, the truck raised up a bit, and the engine died. I looked under while releasing the clutch, but the drive shaft isn't turning, and the rear tires are locked as I jacked it up. I'm thinking it's either my transmission, my transfer case, or simply my prking brake that seized up....Any ideas? @*$* this sucks!!! Thanks for any tips

First thing I would check is for frozen parking brake cable or linkage.

Sounds like it's air locked. Bleed the brakes and make sure all the air is out of the brake lines. This same thing happened to me more than once over the years and bleeding the brakes has always solved the problem for me.

Did you have both rear wheels jacked up at the same time? You should be able to turn them this way even if the tranny is locked. Look good at the e brake linkage - had you applied the parking brake when you last drove it? You don't have it in four wheel drive, do you? Having it in 4WD on pavement and trying to turn a little can make it act like you said.
