My 95.5 Tacoma 4x4 w 2.7L 22 RE has 340K miles and this morning I tried pulling away from the stop sign in 2nd. The engine and the entire truck shuddered badly and I jammed in the clutch and went back to first. I started hearing a popping noise and noticed dramatic lack of power and after another mile the check engine light came on. I looked under the hood and the wires and sensors "appear" correct. I thought the Cat might be clogged and I can see plenty of daylight through it. I replaced the plugs and still the same issue. It seems to pop and smells like raw fuel.
Any Ideas???
