I assure you it would be like "The Cash For Clunkers" where perfectly good cars and trucks would be ruined so as to make the parts unusable.

Why? If a car doesn't pass the test, are you saying that the state will confiscate the property, without compensation? Yeah, now that you mention it, it does sound like something Kalifornica (or Obummer) would do.

Perhaps you should read the thread. I was referring to what "First of One" wrote about the owners of cars that eventually fail the Kalifornica emissions test:

"That's the price you pay for living in the People's Republic of Kalifornia... Before long you'd all be scrapping cars every five years like Japan and certain European countries.

I was *NOT* talking about Cash for Clunkers.

maybe you'd be happy in Alabama, Alaska, Oklahomo or some other all-red socialist state. if so, please move post haste. Or the libertarian paradise of Somalia

I did move to Alabama, mainly to get away from communists such as yourself.

How long did you have your head stuck up Glen BecKKK's ass before you thought that funny one up? Alabama? Well at least you're living in a nice socialist state that gets more money in Federal Aid than in pays in taxes. Bet you didn't think (ha what a novel idea!) of that one, did you?

Well, I am smart enough to answer posts in less than three weeks AND to not top-post. You commies aren't very bright, but that's nothing new.

Commie? Boy how 1950's that one is. Any time you want to meet and discuss it in person, give me a shout.

I bet you really like being topped, too.
