What is your average fuel mileage with this car?

17.29 for 2003 4WD SR5 computed manually. Checked it over the last 11 tanks. Toyota's specs called out a mileage of 14/18. Editor review in Edmund.com showed a mileage of 11.7 mpg. That's pathetic.

Acura MDX called out a mileage of 17/23. My folks is getting a combined (50% freeway) mileage of about 16 on their 1 month old SUV.
