......................It's not easy to ignore some of these cheap-shot style rantings from the likes of Marc, spider, etc. The impersonal aspect of usenet encourages some people to be obnoxious show offs. In real life, the natural response is to face them down but that isn't always very effective here. Ignoring them is a good idea but it's not easy sometimes, especially for tempermental types like you and me................

Has anyone taken a look at the troll's website? And all this time I thought he actually had a car that could back up his words......I expected - at the bare minimum - a decent sedan or coupe.....an A6 or a Maxima....but from his implications (well....now that was a damn big mistake on my part....I know) I was leaning more towards a 5 series BMW or maybe even a Saab 90 or something.....whoa.....I was wrong...... ......a SUV!.......not even a REAL SUV like a Suburban or a Rover.....but a MERCEDES SUV!.....yeh....the limp-wristed Teutonic interpretation of the watered-down Jap Explorer clones!......I actually choked on my Dr Pepper when I saw that....unreal.....you have to know he drives it for the status....not because of the utility, that is for sure.....otherwise he would have bought a real vehicle to carry them mountain bikes IN instead of a boulevard poser he has to strap them to the roof....longevity isn't an issue either......the MB will be gone when the lease runs out or something more trendy comes along.....I guess that F1\IRL comment hit closer to home than I thought.....I am so disappointed.......Travis......this is the guy who dis'd the LCB......look at his site.....yeh....it's pretty....but your site is so much more entertaining.....and I'd rather have a beer with neckbones than a Zimfandel with caviar any day......if that makes me a redneck.....then I'm damn proud of it......let's hook up the coonhounds and fire up the smoker.....it's jerky time!.....

He's probably blown 90% of his annual salary on that POS "Mercedes" and desperately trying to get attention. Or he's a rich Mama's boy, a Trust Fund bum, something like that. Aren't you glad you don't know him? Ech!

................I went to a wedding last June where they had this huge punch bowl at the reception afterward. This punch had a big punch to it if you drank too much of it. There was some kind of ice cream in it with some carbonated fizz and a lot of alcohol. It didn't taste very potent but.......woohooo!........yeehaahh!........I heard some car horns, looked outside and saw middle-aged women dirty dancing in the parking lot on the hoods of their plastered husband's cars.

Ain't that the truth. The splittie busses are getting up in the price range of vintage Corvettes.
