There are plenty of good posts about how to remove the lock cylinder, and I was able to do that successfully. However I cannot for the life of me get the new one back in...any body else had a problem installing a new one?
Turn the key while inserting the lock cylinder. Maybe the steering lock is stopping it. Also make sure the bearing sleeve is installed in the lock cylinder bearing and not on the steering shaft.
